Ordering From Medieval Mudpies       

Thank you very much for your interest in my pottery.  Each piece is made and decorated by hand.  While some of the items shown on the website are "in stock", most will need to be made in response to your request, which may take as long as two months.  I am happy to make items based on museum pieces that do not currently appear on my website, all you need to do is provide me with an image of the original piece.  Placing an order is simple, all you need to do is call me at 502-523-9743 or email me at 

Please note this information:

• Payment and Shipping: For most orders, I will begin working on your order as soon as you contact me. You will need to send payment plus the shipping cost before delivery of the item. If you wish, I will email you when the item is completed and you can pay for it at that time.  However, payment on custom heraldic orders need to be made before I will begin working on the order. There is an order form for a custom heraldic jug/plate form, that you can request by email.
• Shipping Cost: The default shipping company will be UPS (ground) and the shipping costs will be calculated for each order individually.  I will calculate
